We are proud to announce the ‘Gamers Against Child Abuse’ club, an official ambassador of ChildHelp.org. our goal is to raise awareness, and support the prevention of child abuse associated with gaming. Through fundraising, online gaming events, along with articles and blog post much like this one, we will be putting our full effort behind the goal of child abuse prevention.

Video games have had a hard time overcoming the many negative impressions that they have been associated with in the past. However, the industry as a whole has overcome much, mostly because of some new technology that welcomed the casual market. Now, the videogame industry is much more respected financially than it has ever been, but the industry is still plagued by a number of unfortunate events that shine a terrible light on one of technologies greatest evolutions. As gaming related deaths among children rise, it's important that as an industry we do something to prevent them.

‘Gamers Against Child Abuse’ is our attempt at making a difference in the lives of children who have been abused. Currently we are donating the proceeds of every single issue purchased of our digital magazine GameHeadz(issue 0101.21), to Childhelp.org. We are also donating a portion of the proceeds of our 12 month subscriptions, to Childhelp.org as well.
