Battlefield Minimize

Microsoft has confirmed that Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 will once again have an Xbox 360 exclusive bundle. Over the past few years Call of Duty has been bundled with an Xbox 360 console almost every holiday season. The COD bundles have gone a long way to sell a good number of consoles for Microsoft.

Today, Gamestop revealed to us that the Playstation 3 will also receive a bundle of it's own. One that will also feature one of the biggest first person shooters releasing this year. Yes it true, Battlefield 3 will feature a PS3 exclusive bundle available at GameStop stores in North America.

The bundle is pack with the 160GB Playstation 3 system, a Limited Edition copy of Battlefield 3 on PS3, and will retail for 299.99. At the moment the bundle is only available GameStop, and will be supplied only to those who pre-order.

No special design or new look has been confirmed for system included in the bundle, however, a 160gb system and a Limited Edition copy of the game for 299.99, is not a bad deal.

If you're hoping to walk-in and pick this up on release day, you'll be meet with some bad news if you don't reserve it beforehand.

GameStop was pretty clear that this is a pre-order only item. No Battlefield 3 bundle for the Xbox 360 has been announced just yet. For now, you can check out the in-store promo to the right.
