How do you come up with your Review Scores?

Our games are scored on a base 10 scale, and our reviews are broken in to seven parts; Story, Graphics, Sounds, Controls, Presentation, Lasting Appeal/Replay Value, and Summary. Each part is scored individually, (with the exception of the Summary) and the scores are averaged together to create the the games score. We use ten reviews to determine a games official review, and the above process is repeated for each review. The reviews are then averaged to get the official review for that game.

Do Review Score's keep change as more reviews are added?

As mentioned above every review we accept and approve will be averaged into the total review score. . Once we have ten approved reviews for any one game, the games average score is then posted as the official review score. Once all ten reviews are approved no other reviews will be accepted . We us a number of sources to consider if a persons is right to review games, and one of the sources we consider is a persons GamerTag, and/or PlayStation Network ID. These sources are major factors when determining if someone is right to review a specific game.

Why do you need my Gamer tag?

We use GamerTags and/or PSNID's to determine what types of games a person plays, how often they are playing, and to see the amount of Trophies/Achievements they have obtained. We use this information to determine which games would be relevant for any one person to review.

We also look at how often a person comments on articles and post in forums. looking at the quality of post and comments, gives us a way to determine if a person would be a good fit to review games.

Do I have to be a good writer to review games?

We consider an individuals content accuracy, gaming knowledge, and their proficiency in communicating. So in short No you dont as long as you can write you can reveiw games for us. Every major gaming release will get reviewed and scored by gamers from our gaming community, there are two options available when considering writing your review.

Option 1: Ghost Writer: this option frees you from the burden of physically writing the review. The Ghost Writer option assigns one of our editors who reviewed the same game to you. He/She will physically write the review in you words( as best as he or she can), base on your opinion and perspective.

Option 2: You Write it: Your words, your work. You write the review from beginning to end, and perform your own editing.

How do I get paid for reviewing games?

We are very deliberate about who we pick to review games, out of the ten reviewers picked ,the first person selected is guaranteed to receive compensation for his work. Most of the reviewers selected after him/her will also be compensated for what they do, however not all reviewers are compensated. The first reviewer is issued payment in the from of cash, or by receiving a free copy of the game they have reviewed.

All other reviewers are usually compensated by receiving either, XBox Live Points, or some PlayStation Network Cards. Compensation is only guaranteed for the first few reviewers, however, as more users review more games, and actively participate in TheGameHeadz community, their chances of being compensated are greatly increased.

What is a Featured Review

These are reviews we consider to rank among the best, they are well written, and bring some original ideals, and perspectives. When a gamer’s review appears on our site as a featured review it will have a gold atomic symbol next to it, and we will issue him/her a thank you in the form of 60 - Big Ones, the payment is sent through an E-Check, Paypal, or GiftCard. We're Looking  forward to seeing your review  featured on our site.  If a review is not a 'Featured Review;, it is consider to be a stander U-Review, which still contributes to a games overall score but is not always compensated.

Left for Dead 2's new DLC, 'The Passing' offers death, decay, and gamer dismay, if you pay for it. The DLC is fun, and the levels are long enough for few run troughs. After a while it becomes all to easy to go from safe house to safe house. The finale was a refill mission like that of Dead Center, which had
