The universe is in need of some estrogen, at least that's the case in Mass Effect 3. Today Bioware revealed the female Shepard, or FemShep for short. Over the past few weeks the hype surrounding the battling beauty reached a fever pitch when Bioware announced that the community will vote on which design of the female Shepard will appear as the main character in the game, and on the cover of the Collection Edition.

The reveal of the female Shepard capsulized the voting process, and the revealed the winner of an art contest held at ComicCon. The art contest winner happened to be Patryk's Olejniczak , who happens to our feature artist in the current issues of our digital magazine. Patryk's epic Mass Effect concept art has earned him a one year contract working at Bioware.

It's still unknow what project he will be working on, but EA and Bioware have already put him to work, as he has designed the first peace of concept art which was given away at the show. Patryk is an amazing digital artist, his work can be viewed above. The official version of the female Shepard can be viewed below.
